In a major bid for the high-endurance smartphone market, vivo has officially launched the vivo T5 Pro in India, featuring a record-breaking 9,020 mAh battery. Despite its massive power cell, the device maintains a remarkably slim 8.25 mm profile, weighing just 213 grams. The T5 Pro is designed for heavy users and mobile gamers, offering 90W FlashCharge technology that can replenish the battery to 50% in approximately 37 minutes. The smartphone also introduces a five-year battery health promise and advanced bypass charging, which allows the phone to draw power directly from the charger during intense gaming sessions to reduce heat and battery wear.

The hardware is equally impressive, featuring the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 chipset and a massive 7,000 mm² vapor chamber cooling system—the largest in its segment—enabling stable 120 FPS gameplay. The front is dominated by a 6.83-inch 1.5K AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate and a staggering 5,000 nits local peak brightness. For photography, it utilizes a 50MP Sony IMX882 main sensor with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS) and a 32MP selfie camera, both capable of 4K video recording. Running on Android 16 with OriginOS 6, the device is built for durability with IP68 and IP69 water resistance alongside military-grade drop certification. Starting at ₹29,999, the T5 Pro will be available in Glacier Blue and Cosmic Black, hitting shelves on April 21, 2026.
