Curd With Pickle

‘Simple meal substitutions to help with smart eating’ was the subject of an Instagram post by online fitness instructor Raj Ganpath August 8. According to him, making these decisions can help you cut calories without sacrificing your favourite foods. For example, substituting curd or curd with pickle for curd rice will lower your intake of carbohydrates while also incorporating probiotics into your diet.

  1. Use roti or phulka rather than naan
    “Naan has three to four times the amount of calories as a roti or phulka,” he explained. Is it three or four times better (for your health) even though it tastes better? Not in my opinion.
  1. Rather than pizza and breadsticks, try pizza and salad
    “Replace the breadsticks with a salad and keep the pizza because the salad is more nourishing and filling and will help you avoid overindulging.” I understand that it isn’t as enjoyable, but pizza is sufficient when you’re trying to lose weight,” he remarked.
  1. Using curd rather than curd rice
    Raj went on to say, “I know I’m going too far, but listen to me: curd or curd with pickles at the end of a meal is just as satisfying as curd rice, but it’s lower in calories, lower in carbohydrates, and higher in protein.”
  1. Use Diet Coke rather than ordinary Coke
    “No calories, yet the same flavour, atmosphere, and experience. That is just unbeatable, and no, it is not risky,” he stated.
