Nissan Motor India has officially unveiled a glimpse of its upcoming C-SUV, the Tekton, set to launch in India in 2026. This model is part of Nissan’s “One Car, One World” strategy and will compete with popular rivals like the Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos, and Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara. Inspired by the iconic Nissan Patrol SUV, the Tekton’s design features a flat bonnet with muscular bulges and rectangular headlamps, giving it a strong and purposeful front appearance. It also sports inverted L-shaped LED daytime running lights connected by a lightbar, while the rugged front bumper includes vertical and horizontal slats.

The side profile highlights muscular wheel arches, plastic cladding for a tough look, and alloy wheels that may have a diamond-cut finish on higher trims. Notably, the rear door handles are hidden, likely integrated into the C-pillar, and functional roof rails are present. At the back, the Tekton features connected C-shaped LED tail lamps, prominent “TEKTON” branding on the boot lid, a rear spoiler, wiper with washer, and a dual-tone bumper with horizontal slats, mirroring the front’s rugged design.
