Popular K-drama actor Park Bo Gum, known for his roles in Reply 1988, Love in the Moonlight, and Encounter, has expressed his wish to visit India and personally meet his admirers.
During a recent media roundtable, the 31-year-old actor thanked his Indian fans in Hindi, saying “Dhanyavaad” (Thank you). He acknowledged the growing support from India and stated, “I really want to go to India. I don’t know when, but if I have a chance, I really want to meet and greet you all.”
Bo Gum also revealed his interest in working on an Indian musical, stating that he would love to be part of a Bollywood-style production if given the opportunity. The actor is currently gearing up for the release of his Prime Video drama “Good Boy”, which follows a group of high-level athletes who become police officers through a special recruitment process. Bo Gum plays Yoon Dong-ju, a gold medal-winning boxer, alongside Kim So-hyun, who portrays an award-winning shooter.
Bo Gum, who completed his mandatory military service in February 2022, shared that he is eager to explore new storytelling opportunities and take on diverse roles in the coming years.
His heartfelt message has excited Indian fans, who are hopeful that the actor will visit the country soon and possibly collaborate on a cross-cultural project.
