The attack, which occurred on April 22, claimed the lives of 26 innocent people, leaving the nation in grief and anger.

In his address, PM Modi vowed to take decisive action against terrorism, stating that India would identify, track, and punish every terrorist and their backers. He emphasized that the perpetrators of the attack would face consequences “beyond their imagination” and that the remaining infrastructure of terrorism would be dismantled. Modi declared that India’s spirit would never be broken by terrorism and assured the nation that justice would be served.

The Prime Minister also expressed his condolences to the families of the victims and thanked world leaders for their solidarity with India during this tragic time. He highlighted the unity of the nation, stating that the pain and anger were shared from Kargil to Kanyakumari.

This speech marks a strong stance against terrorism and reinforces India’s commitment to ensuring the safety and security of its citizens. The government has already announced retaliatory measures, including suspending the Indus Water Treaty and downgrading diplomatic ties with Pakistan, as part of its response to the attack.
