Actor and politician Khushbu Sundar has hit back at online trolls criticizing her recent transformation, calling out the negativity surrounding her new look.
Khushbu Sundar recently shared pictures of her glamorous new avatar on social media, showcasing a leaner and fitter appearance. While many fans praised her transformation, some speculated that she had undergone cosmetic procedures or used weight-loss injections.
One particular comment suggested that her transformation was due to the Mounjaro injection, a medication used for weight loss. The troll wrote, “Magic of Mounjaro injection. Let your followers know so they can get injected too.”
Not one to stay silent, Khushbu clapped back at the troll, stating, “What a pain people like you are. You guys never show your faces because you know you are ugly from within. I pity your parents.” Her sharp response quickly gained traction online, with many supporting her stance against body shaming and unnecessary speculation.
Khushbu is not the first celebrity to face scrutiny over physical transformations. Karan Johar and Ram Kapoor have also been subjected to similar rumors regarding weight-loss injections, both denying the claims.
Despite the controversy, Khushbu remains focused on her career. She recently starred in the Tamil film Nesippaya and continues to appear in the television series Sarojini. Additionally, she is involved in her husband Sundar C’s upcoming directorial venture, Mookuthi Amman 2, starring Nayanthara.
