
On May 13, 2025, the results of the All India Secondary School Examination (Class X) for the 2024–2025 academic year were released. Of these, 67 schools from the Andaman and Nicobar Islands achieved an impressive 100% pass rate. Invent Public School (Secondary) Sippighat, Govt Secondary School Dairy Farm, and Govt Secondary School Calicut are some of the schools that have accomplished this. Vivekananda Kendra Nagar Palika Vidyalaya Ranchi Basti, Sagritara School, and RGT Public Vidyalaya are more noteworthy educational institutions.
Along with Government Senior Secondary School Mohanpura and Government Senior Secondary School Rangachang, Carmel Senior Secondary School, Government Girls Senior Secondary School, and Government Senior Secondary School Haddo (Telugu) also achieved 100% scores. Along with Navy Children School Minnie Bay, Nirmala Senior Secondary School, and Saraswati Shishu Mandir School, the list also includes Kamaraj English Medium School, Khalsa Public Senior Secondary School, and Mahatma Gandhi International School.
Schools across the islands have achieved a 100% pass rate in the recent examinations. Notable schools include Ummat Public School, Vivekananda Kendra Vidyalaya, and Vivekananda Kendra Zilla Parishad Vidyalaya Port Mout. Other top performers include Kendriya Vidyalaya No.2 SVP, Kendriya Vidyalaya No.1 SVP, and Govt Secondary School Jirkatang-2. Other schools with 100% results include Govt Secondary School Manpur, Govt Secondary School Shoal Bay-12, Iqra Public School, and MES Ograbranj. Other top performers include Govt Secondary School Kaushalya Nagar, Govt Secondary School Nimbutala, Govt Secondary School Pinaki Nagar (EM), and Govt Secondary School Sivapuram.
The Andaman and Nicobar Islands have seen a significant increase in the number of schools achieving perfect scores, a testament to the dedication and hard work of students and teachers, who have set a high standard for educational excellence in the region.
