The following three days, from November 23 to 25, are expected to bring significant rain to several areas of the Andaman and Nicobar Islands, with precipitation at one or two spots ranging from 07 to 11 cm. From the Equatorial Indian Ocean off the coast of Sumatra, an upper air cyclonic circulation has traveled west-northwestward into the South Andaman Sea, influencing the weather. Around November 23, a low-pressure region is predicted to form over the southeast Bay of Bengal as the system continues to develop. Over the next two days, the system is expected to intensify into a depression over the central regions of the South Bay of Bengal and move west-northwest.

Squally weather is predicted for November 23 with wind speeds of 35 to 45 kmph with gusts up to 55 kmph, especially over the South Andaman Sea, Nicobar Islands, and the nearby Southeast Bay of Bengal. Heavy rainfall is also expected. Until November 26, the unfavorable circumstances will persist over the A&N Islands and the Andaman Sea. Because of the anticipated stormy circumstances, authorities have warned fishermen not to go out into the sea along and off the A&N Islands and Andaman Sea until November 26.
