The cast of Metro in Dino discussed working with Anurag Basu and the filmmaker giving them dialogues on the same day just before the shoot.
The latest episode of The Great Indian Kapil Show saw the cast of Metro in Dino laugh out loud at Kapil Sharma’s jokes. Now, the comedian has shared a behind-the-scenes clip of an unreleased part of the show.
The clip shows the actors discussing various things, including their academic performance. They also talked about working with Anurag Basu and the filmmaker giving them dialogues on the same day just before the shoot.
In a part of the clip, Kapil asks Sara Ali Khan what she was doing before becoming an actor. She replied, “I was studying. I have studied history, political science… I have studied a lot.” Meanwhile, Fatima Sana Shaikh praised Sara, saying, “She is well educated.”
However, talking about herself, she said, “I quit my studies in Class 12 after I failed. I used to fail in class. I got 55 percent marks in Class 12.” Anupam immediately chimed in and said that he scored 38 percent marks in Class 12, while Kapil said he got 44 percent.
“Despite this, we are sitting here on stage,” Anupam said, pointing to the crowd. Kapil also didn’t miss the opportunity to take a dig at Sara Ali Khan, who is often seen vacationing in the mountains or going on religious trips. Kapil asked if Sara also does the same to ask God for a husband.
He said, “She loves mountains so much that she climbs the mountain as soon as she gets a break from shooting. She has come down just for my show. Do you go to the mountains to ask for a husband?” Sara looked a little annoyed and replied, “If that were the case, there would be a line of boys waiting for me.” During the conversation, Kapil teased Anurag and said that he gives dialogues to his actors just a few minutes before the shoot.
Kapil joked, “Is your printer not working?” After this, Aditya Roy Kapur said, “As an actor, there is no pressure on his set because you don’t know what you are doing. If you do a bad job, it is his fault.”
