Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has strongly criticized Pakistan’s open support for terrorists, stating that the country is now struggling for its own existence. His remarks come in the wake of India’s Operation Sindoor, a military strike targeting nine terror sites in Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK).
Speaking at an event marking Maharana Pratap Jayanti, Adityanath pointed to Pakistan’s top military officers and politicians attending the funerals of terrorists killed in India’s retaliation. He called this a shameless display that should serve as a wake-up call for the international community.
Adityanath also referenced the April 22 terror attack in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir, where 26 tourists were killed. He praised Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s decisive leadership, stating that India had resolved to give a strong reply, which was executed through precise missile strikes on terror infrastructure in PoK and Pakistan.
The Chief Minister urged citizens to support the armed forces during this critical time and remain vigilant against misinformation spread through social media. He warned that attempts to create unrest would be made, but emphasized the importance of standing united and following the leadership of Prime Minister Modi.
