The Andaman & Nicobar Islands’ thriving tourism potential was enthusiastically displayed by the Andaman Association of Tour Operators (AATO) during the India International Travel Mart (IITM) Bengaluru 2025. The event, which took place at the Palace Grounds from July 24 to 26, drew travel enthusiasts and tourism professionals from all across the nation. By taking part in one of the leading travel trade exhibitions in India, AATO took advantage of the chance to advertise “Brand Andaman” and emphasize the islands’ distinct allure as a top tourism destination. In order to increase the number of tourists visiting the archipelago, the team established relationships with national stakeholders, exchanged information about the islands’ tourism services, and interacted with them.
For their ongoing support and for making it possible for them to participate in such a prominent event, AATO expressed its sincere gratitude to the Hon’ble Lt. Governor of the Andaman & Nicobar Islands, the Andaman & Nicobar Administration, the Secretary (Tourism), the Director (Tourism), and the entire Department of Tourism. Additionally, the Association expressed gratitude to the IITM organizers for offering a useful forum for cooperation, information exchange, and tourism promotion. In order to raise awareness of the Andaman & Nicobar Islands and solidify their standing as one of India’s most popular tourism destinations, AATO reaffirmed its dedication to collaborating closely with the Tourism Department and industry stakeholders.
