Mumbai, October 7, 2025 — Renowned fashion designer-turned-producer Manish Malhotra has unveiled the latest song from his debut film production Gustaakh Ishq, titled “Aap Is Dhoop Mein.” The track, released earlier today, is already garnering praise for its soulful composition, evocative lyrics, and warm visual storytelling.

Composed by Sandesh Shandilya and penned by Irshad Kamil, “Aap Is Dhoop Mein” is a gentle ode to love and longing. The song’s melodic structure and poetic depth reflect the emotional core of Gustaakh Ishq, a romantic drama set against the backdrop of old-world charm and contemporary sensibilities.

The music video features lead actors Parineeti Chopra and Vijay Varma in a series of intimate, sun-drenched moments that capture the essence of quiet companionship. Shot in natural light with minimalistic styling, the visuals complement the song’s lyrical warmth, creating a mood that is both nostalgic and tender.

Speaking about the song, Manish Malhotra said, “This track is very close to my heart. It reflects the emotional tone of Gustaakh Ishq — understated, heartfelt, and timeless. We wanted the music to feel like a warm embrace, and I believe Sandesh and Irshad have delivered that beautifully.”

Parineeti Chopra, who plays the female lead in the film, shared her excitement on social media, calling the song “a piece of sunshine” and praising the team for crafting a moment that feels “pure and poetic.” Vijay Varma echoed the sentiment, noting that the shoot felt “organic and emotionally resonant.”

“Aap Is Dhoop Mein” is now streaming on major music platforms and has been released with a full-length video on YouTube. The song is expected to be a key emotional anchor in Gustaakh Ishq, which is slated for theatrical release in December 2025.

With its lyrical finesse and visual simplicity, the track adds depth to the film’s narrative and reinforces Manish Malhotra’s evolving creative footprint in Indian cinema.
